PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a hardening specialist to review and improve security postures across Linux/Unix, Windows Server, and database environments in a Jakarta onsite role. You will assess current configurations, create gap analyses, and drive action plans with cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on hardening experience and the ability to work independently in a banking context.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in hardening implementation.
At least 2 years of experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022.
Experience with Oracle, SQL and MariaDB databases.
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a team, onsite in Jakarta.
Willing to work in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

Review hardening practices across Linux/Unix, Windows Server, and databases against security standards.
Assess current OS and database configurations and identify gaps.
Prepare gap analysis reports and action plans to address findings.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement hardening improvements.
Support day-to-day IT operations (BAU) and server migration activities.
Document configurations, findings, and follow-up actions.
