Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA in Surabaya seeks a security-focused IT Operations professional. The role requires solid IT ops, service desk, and information security experience to protect client systems and data.

You will work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/Unix, and security tools including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and gateway controls, while communicating clearly with non-technical users and producing concise tickets and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in IT operations, service desk, or information security.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory; Linux/Unix.
• Understanding of cyber attack concepts: phishing, malware, brute force, unauthorized access.
• Ability to write clear, structured tickets and reports.
• Good communication with non-technical users.
• Familiar with SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar or Sentinel.
• Experience with EDR/XDR, email security gateway, DLP, WAF, or PAM.
• Experience in banking/financial services sector.
