PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA in Central Jakarta is seeking an IT Security Hardening Engineer to strengthen OS and database security across Linux/Unix and Windows environments.

You will conduct and review hardening, perform gap analyses, prepare action plans, and support BAU operations including server migrations in a banking-focused setting. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver compliant infrastructure and meet security standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in IT Security Hardening / Hardening Implementation.
Minimum 2 years experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server (Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022).
Experience with Oracle, SQL, and MariaDB databases; at least 1 year Oracle experience.
Hands-on OS and Database Hardening, Security Assessment, and Gap Analysis.
Experience supporting BAU operations and server migration.
Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently and with teams.
Willing to work in the banking industry.
