Job summary

PT Bali Ocean Magic (Waterbom Bali) seeks a Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff at the waterpark in Bali. You will conduct patrols, control access, inspect bags and respond to incidents while delivering courteous guest service.

Requirements include at least a Senior High School diploma, with a Diploma in Security Management as an advantage, and 1 year of security experience in hospitality or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate; diploma in security management is an advantage.
• Experience as Security Guard in hospitality, tourism, retail or recreation preferred.
• Understanding of security operations, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic English and Indonesian.
• Customer service oriented with professional guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety of guests, staff and property.
• Inspect bags and vehicles when required following procedures.
• Report security incidents, hazards, and violations promptly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies including medical incidents, fire alarms, accidents.
• Participate in security training, drills, and meetings.
• Balance security enforcement with excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Security Supervisor/Manager.

Job description

Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, company assets, and facilities by performing security patrols, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and enforcing company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company property.

Perform bag and vehicle inspections when required in accordance with company procedures.

Report security incidents, suspicious activities, hazards, and violations promptly.

Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, accidents, and security threats.

Participate in security training, drills, and departmental meetings.

Perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Security Manager.

Balance security enforcement with excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; a Diploma in Security Management or a related field is an advantage.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in hospitality, tourism, retail, or recreation.

Understanding of security operations, access control, and emergency response procedures.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate basic both in Indonesian and English

Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
