Job summary

Ensign Infosecurity in Jakarta is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to oversee the onsite team and own the delivery of the full cybersecurity stack—identity, network, endpoint, cloud and data. The role requires setting engineering standards and a cloud-first approach while ensuring delivery quality and operational rigor.

You will coach and develop the security team, plan capacity across domains, and report status and risks to project leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years in security engineering with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong cloud security background; not infrastructure-only.
• Experience with multi-domain security programs and multi-vendor stacks.
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
• Cloud security certification (CCSP, CISSP or equivalent) preferred.
