Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Jakarta is seeking a hands-on cloud security engineer to implement and operate security controls in a cloud-first environment. This role focuses on cloud security, not traditional network infra.

You will support deployment and configuration of cybersecurity solutions, perform posture assessments, and troubleshoot issues across cloud and network domains. The position is Jakarta-based with hybrid work options; onsite availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security engineering with cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM and workload/container security.
• Willing to explore different products across concurrent projects.
• Cloud security certification (CCSP, Security+) a plus.

Role Summary

Hands-on engineer implementing and operating network- and cloud-facing security controls in a cloud-first environment. This is a cloud security role, not a traditional network/infra role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment and configuration of Cybersecurity solutions
• Perform cloud security posture assessments and support remediation
• Troubleshoot network and cloud security issues during implementation and operations
• Document configurations, architecture and runbooks
• Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on secure design

Requirements

• 3+ years in security engineering, with hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Working knowledge of several cybersecurity solution.
• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM and workload/container security
• Able and willing to explore different products across several concurrent projects during Day-1
• Cloud security certification (e.g. CCSP, Security+) a plus
• Jakarta-based; hybrid, onsite if necessary
