Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Security Architect/SOC specialist to define and maintain security frameworks across systems. The role requires hands-on SOC/Blue Team experience, UAM/UAR skills, and strong ISO 27001/27701 knowledge, with a focus on policy compliance and incident response.

You will plan and execute security tests, support disaster recovery planning, and provide security guidance to ensure company-wide standards are current and effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Min 3 years in SOC / Blue Team operations.
• Hands-on experience with UAM and UAR.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001/27701 and audit processes.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security frameworks for existing and new systems.
• Ensure compliance of IT security policies and company policies.
• Create, implement, and enforce security policies per best practices and group standards.
• Provide description of security architect standards and solutions to keep standards updated.
• Provide regular reporting related to IT security to stakeholders and units.
• Plan security tests of infrastructure, conduct penetration tests, and identify vulnerabilities.
• Identify security breaches and resolve issues per policy and procedure.
• Provide technical support for enhancement of network security configuration.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
