Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced SOC professional to support IT Security initiatives. You will own escalation leadership for critical incidents, drive end-to-end response, and optimize QRadar SIEM while leveraging SOC Radar and O365 Email DLP to strengthen defenses.

The role requires hands-on incident response, threat detection, and collaboration across teams in a virtual SOC environment to deliver strong security outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SOC/Blue Team experience with incident response.
• Hands-on IBM QRadar SIEM monitoring and detection engineering.
• Experience with SOC Radar threat intelligence platform.
• Strong background in O365 Email DLP.
• Solid knowledge of threat detection, SIEM tuning, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience in SOC or vSOC environments handling critical incidents.
• Analytical mindset, clear communicator, and pressure management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as escalation lead for high-impact cybersecurity incidents.
• Drive end-to-end incident response for fast containment and recovery.
• Lead SIEM tuning and detection engineering with QRadar.
• Leverage SOC Radar to strengthen threat intel and proactive defense.
• Oversee O365 Email DLP to protect data and reduce risk.
• Collaborate across teams in a virtual SOC (vSOC) environment.
