Job summary

Taman Rama School in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a dedicated Security professional to join our team on a full-time basis. You will protect students, staff and facilities and implement campus-wide security protocols.

The role requires vigilance, knowledge of access control and surveillance systems, and the ability to respond calmly to incidents. English and Indonesian fluency is preferred, with First Aid certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a Security professional to join our team at Taman Rama School in Denpasar, Bali on a full-time basis. As Security, you will play a vital role in protecting our school community, ensuring the safety of our students, staff and facilities. This position is essential to maintaining a secure learning environment and protecting our valuable assets. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive security protocols across our campus.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring school premises and controlling access to ensure only authorised personnel and visitors enter the campus
• Patrolling the school grounds and buildings regularly to identify and address potential security risks
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally, following established procedures
• Maintaining detailed incident and patrol logs documenting all security activities and observations
• Conducting visitor screening and maintaining visitor registers at all entry points
• Communicating with school management, staff and emergency services when necessary
• Assisting with event security arrangements and crowd management during school functions
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations applicable to educational institutions
• Conducting regular security assessments and reporting potential vulnerabilities to management
