Job summary

COSCO in Surabaya, Indonesia, seeks a Section Manager for Flash Converting Furnace & Anode Plant to drive safe, efficient operations and strong financial performance. You will oversee production targets, optimize resources, and ensure environmental compliance while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage budgets, and foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering or related field with 12 years of hot metals experience.
• Strong copper metallurgy and copper processing knowledge.
• Proven leadership and ability to work in multicultural teams; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Operations and Production in Flash Converting Furnace and Anode Plant.
• Optimize resources to meet production targets and improve methods.
• Manage budgets and environmental compliance.
• Develop staff and foster cross-functional collaboration.
