Job summary

PT Sanggar Sarana Baja is seeking an experienced Planning Analyst/Project Planner to lead operational planning and procurement across Indonesian sites. The role requires coordinating among SCM, Engineering, Operations, and external vendors to meet project schedules and budgets, while ensuring quality and SHE compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in planning analytics, with SAP Planning Module and data analytics proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a similar role or in Operations Planning & Analytics.
• Mining industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Planning Module and Data Analytics.
• Strong planning, organizing, decision making, manpower planning and budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational planning and procurement activities to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in Operations Planning & Analytics

• Experience in the Mining industry will be an advantage

• Proficient in SAP Planning Module and Data Analytics

• Strong knowledge of Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, Manpower Planning, and Budget Management

• Able to work in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines

• Willing to be placed in Timika, Papua or at any company operational site across Indonesia based on business requirements
