Job summary

Aditya Birla Yarn in Jakarta is seeking a detail‑driven Marketing MIS support specialist to bolster regional marketing efforts. You will coordinate with RMHs, capture performance gaps, and prepare regular MIS dashboards.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management, are essential to compile insights and influence GTM decisions across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a marketing, sales support, or marketing MIS role preferred.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with regional teams and drive timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Discuss with Regional Marketing Heads (RMHs) on a daily/weekly basis to review sales performance and identify customer-wise and product-wise shortfalls
• Capture remarks, action plans, and follow-up status for all identified gaps
• Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly Marketing MIS reports and dashboards
• Track customer-wise performance, 7x7 matrix, A & B customers, and Trader vs Direct business mix
• Create management presentations (PPTs), review decks, and Go-To-Market (GTM) documents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data availability
