Job summary

PT. Inovasi Anak Indonesia - PARKEE is seeking a QA Engineer to join our testing team. You will review requirements, write detailed test plans and cases, and coordinate testing efforts across squads.

Qualifications

• Background in Software Engineering / Computer Science / related field.
• Fresh graduates or internship welcome, esp. QA exposure.
• Prior QA experience or automation is preferred.
• Familiar with programming (preferably Java).
• Experience building automation with Cypress or Robot Framework.
• Robot Framework knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in white box testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and structured test cases.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Perform white box testing and black box testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools (e.g., Cypress).
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers & product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Monitor debugging processes and analyze results.
• Investigate the root cause of issues and propose solutions.
• Track QA metrics (e.g., defect density, bug leakage, open defects).
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools, frameworks, and strategies.
