Job summary

Qoala is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to test our products and procedures and ensure they meet our quality standards. You will act as an auditor for internal systems, identify issues, and recommend solutions to deliver products that address customer needs.

You will tackle testability challenges, automate tests for frontend and backend, and create comprehensive test documentation for each release, while bridging communication between developers and product managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as SQA, QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or IT Tester.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and test plans.
• Familiarity with API testing and test automation.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all of our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions. If you hold a degree in engineering or quality assurance and have great attention to detail, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us build products that address customers’ needs.

Requirements :

• Should have not less than 2 year of experience as SQA, QA Engineer, QA Analyst, IT Tester.
• Problem solving skills, task management and analytical thinking
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Testing methodologies [test cases, use cases, test plan, execute test, ETC]
• Knowledge or experience in automation tools [Selenium] is a plus point
• Knowledge or experience in scripting [python]
• Knowledge or experience in web, android and iOS application testing .
• Knowledge or experience in API testing.
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
