Job summary

• Recognized certification in Scrum Master (e.g., PSM II, CSM, or equivalent).
• Recognized certification in Agile Coaching or Scaling (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe 6, or equivalent).
• Certifications must be backed by practical, hands-on experience in Agile delivery and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Scrum events and Agile ways of working achieve outcomes.
• Coach teams in ownership, accountability, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile transformation using structured approaches.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps/SRE, and Leadership.
• Design and deliver Agile coaching, training, onboarding, workshops, and enablement.
• Use Jira, dashboards, workflows, filters, reporting, and automation for visibility into delivery trends.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and escalate systemic issues when needed.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support our Product Engineering teams in Bandung, with strong experience in Agile, end-to-end software delivery, continuous improvement, and organizational change.

Working across multiple teams and partnering with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps/SRE, and Leadership, you will help drive stronger team ownership and measurable improvements in predictability, quality, efficiency, collaboration, and time-to-market.

Hybrid | Bandung, Indonesia (at least 2 days per week in the office)

What You’ll be Doing

• Ensuring Scrum events and Agile ways of working achieve their intended outcomes, applying Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and relevant scaling approaches (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) based on context.
• Coaching teams in ownership, accountability, collaboration, facilitation, decision-making, and problem-solving, while improving cross-functional flow, dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and waste from discovery through production and feedback.
• Driving structured continuous improvement and Agile transformation using root-cause analysis, Design Thinking, clear baselines, actions, ownership, measures, and follow-up.
• Facilitating cross-team and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps/SRE, and Leadership, ensuring discussions lead to clear decisions, actions, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Designing and delivering Agile coaching, training, onboarding, workshops, and enablement, while applying Change Management approaches such as ADKAR or Kotter to support adoption, address resistance, and measure outcomes.
• Using Jira, dashboards, workflows, filters, reporting, and automation to provide visibility into delivery trends, risks, and improvement opportunities while enabling teams to use data and tooling independently.
• Building trusted stakeholder relationships and influencing through evidence, coaching, facilitation, and structured problem-solving, escalating systemic issues when organizational intervention is required.

About You

• Recognized certification in Scrum Master (e.g., PSM II, CSM, or equivalent)
• Recognized certification in Agile Coaching or Scaling (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe 6, or equivalent)
• Preferred additional certifications in one or more of the following:
• Lean Six Sigma
• Advanced Agile/Scrum
• Agile ScalingChange Management
• Design Thinking
• Product Management/Product Ownership
• Certifications must be backed by practical, hands-on experience in:
• Agile delivery and transformation
• Cross-team facilitation
• Coaching and training
• Measurable process improvement
