Selatox Bio Pharma seeks aSupply Chain Supervisor for our GMP-certified facility in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will oversee demand planning, material control, inventory, and delivery coordination to ensure compliance with global pharmaceutical standards.

You will lead logistics and cold chain operations, coordinate import/export activities, and drive KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) is mandatory.
• 3–4 years of relevant GMP/GDP-regulated pharma experience.
• Experience in supply chain, PPIC, logistics or pharmaceutical distribution.
• Good understanding of compliance, inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Strong English communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP tools (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
• Experience in pharmaceutical cold chain operations (preferred).
• Experience in import/export and customs clearance (preferred).
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and logistics management (preferred).

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor role involves overseeing supply chain and PPIC operations at our GMP-certified manufacturing facility in Cikarang, Indonesia. This position is central to ensuring compliance with global pharmaceutical standards and supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality products in the global pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise supply chain and PPIC operations, including demand planning, material planning, inventory management, and delivery coordination
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards and support BPOM audit readiness
• Oversee logistics, storage, distribution, and cold chain operations to ensure efficiency and product integrity
• Coordinate import/export activities and relevant regulatory requirements, where applicable
• Monitor supply chain performance, logistics costs, and operational KPIs to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity and support supply chain planning

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi) is mandatory
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical environment
• Experience in supply chain, PPIC, logistics, or pharmaceutical distribution operations
