Job summary

PT Masmindo Dwi Area is seeking an experienced Improvement Manager to lead end-to-endSupply Chain Management development, drive continuous improvement, standardize processes, and lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening service levels while building organizational capability. You will manage cross-functional SCM projects, leverage ERP/SCM systems and Power BI for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse).
• Experience with ERP/SCM systems and reporting tools such as Power BI.

• Lead SCM development, improvements, standardization and digital transformation across end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop and optimize procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and warehouse processes.
• Establish and maintain SCM policies, SOPs and work instructions.
• Drive process standardization across business units and branches.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, service levels, productivity and cost performance.
• Develop and monitor SCM KPIs, dashboards and data-driven analyses.
• Lead SCM digitalization and system improvements with IT and stakeholders.
• Drive inventory, logistics and cost optimization and track benefits.
• Manage cross-functional SCM projects and ensure sustainable results.
• Develop team capabilities and promote continuous improvement culture.

This role is responsible for leading and driving Supply Chain Management (SCM) development, continuous improvement, process standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain. The position focuses on improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, strengthening service level performance, enhancing SCM processes and systems, and building organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and improve end-to-end supply chain processes covering Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

Establish and maintain SCM policies, SOPs, and work instructions.

Ensure process standardization across all business units and branches.

Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, service levels, productivity, and cost performance.

Develop and monitor SCM KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision making.

Lead SCM digitalization and system improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.

Drive inventory, logistics, and operational cost optimization initiatives and track improvement benefits.

Manage cross-functional SCM projects and ensure effective implementation and sustainable results.

Develop team capabilities and promote a continuous improvement culture across the organization.

Qualification:

Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.

Experienced in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and project management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive improvement.

Experience with ERP/SCM systems and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
