Job summary

Yayasan Akademi Anak Indonesia (Kipina Kids Indonesia) is seeking a marketing support professional to assist the leadership team with project administration, stakeholder communications, and schedule management. The role involves planning presentations and coordinating marketing activities to drive student enrollment.

The candidate will analyze consumer behavior, support sales and promotions, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Design or Google Workspace.
An understanding of digital marketing tools
Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines and target
Has a background experiences as a school marketing (is a plus)
English proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the marketing leadership team through organization and administrative tasks for various projects.
Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
Manage executive schedules and oversee project load.
Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
Support marketing and acceptance planning and ensure implementation is on target (acceptance of new students).
Provide solutions for sales and promotion activities effectiveness.
