Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in Education.
• IELTS Academic Overall Band Score: minimum 7.0.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with inter-departmental planning.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented while fostering team growth and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the team in alignment with IPH’s vision, mission, and values.
• Develop strategies and work programs supporting academics, character, and spiritual growth.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance holistically.
• Build effective communication with school leadership, teachers, staff, parents, and external partners.
• Serve as a role model of faith-based values and integrity.
