Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Minimum 3 years leading SAP technical teams, projects, or workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP ABAP development activities across ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Define and enforce SAP development standards and governance.
- Review, approve, and guide technical designs for scalable solutions.
- Mentor internal developers and external partners to raise capabilities.
- Design, develop, and support ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows (RICEF).
- Deliver solutions using ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, OData, APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, BADIs, and enhancements.
- Develop technical specs and support end-to-end project delivery.
