Job summary

PT Agro Lino Sejahtera in Indonesia seeks a SAP Supervisor to act as the primary point of contact for SAP data entry and integrity, coordinating with Finance and system support to keep records accurate and compliant.

You will receive operational and financial data in Excel, enter and maintain SAP records, validate data, generate reports, and support users while promoting cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with SAP data management or operational support.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Job description

SAP Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the SAP system. This role requires close collaboration with the Finance and system support team to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support business operations.

Key responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all SAP-related matters.

Receive operational and financial data in Excel format and accurately enter, update, and maintain records in SAP.

Collaborate closely with the Finance and system support team to validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor and ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.

Support SAP-related processes and provide assistance to users when required.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system or data issues.

Generate reports and provide updates on data processing activities as needed.

Ensure timely completion of SAP data entry and system transactions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience working with SAP systems, particularly in data management or operational support roles.

Understanding of SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management processes.
