Job summary

TMS Consulting in Indonesia seeks an SAP SD specialist to implement and support SAP SD solutions, including Sales and Distribution configuration, integration with MM, FICO, and PP, and delivering end-to-end O2C processes.

You will gather business requirements, develop detailed designs, conduct workshops, train users, create process documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimal operational disruption.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules (such as MM, FICO, and PP).
• Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing solutions to optimize their SAP SD functionalities.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure users understand and effectively use SAP SD functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD configuration and integration, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with other SAP consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
