Job summary

Daikin Indonesia is seeking an IT SAP SD Officer to manage the Sales & Distribution module, including configuration, testing, and user support. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize order-to-cash processes, pricing, and master data, with emphasis on SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and CS. Salesforce experience is a plus.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of SAP SD experience; full-time on-site in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD as a Functional Consultant or SAP Specialist.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD processes: Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, and Customer Master Data.
• Good understanding of SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and CS modules.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, UAT, and system support.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business users.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system testing, support UAT, and assist users during updates or changes.

IT SAP SD Officer is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and providing operational support for the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, including troubleshooting system issues, performing configuration and testing, and ensuring the smooth operation of business processes related to sales, delivery, billing, and customer master data. This role also collaborates with relevant departments to analyze business requirements, support SAP SD integration with other modules, and identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module to ensure smooth business operations.
• Analyze business requirements and user issues, and recommend appropriate SAP SD solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues related to Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Customer Master Data, and BOM Master Data.
• Perform SAP SD configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and changes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure effective business process integration.
• Support integration between SAP SD and other SAP modules, particularly MM, FI, and CS.
• Conduct system testing, support UAT, and assist users during system updates or process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) as a Functional Consultant, SAP Specialist, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, and Customer Master Data
• Good understanding of SAP SD integration with MM, FI, and CS modules.
• Experience in SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system support
