The ideal candidate has 7–12 years of hands-on SAP FSCM experience, strong knowledge of financial processes and SAP integration, and familiarity with S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of hands-on SAP FSCM consulting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP integration points.
• Experience with S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• SAP certification in FSCM or related modules is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FSCM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts across industries.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system design.
• Configure and customize SAP FSCM modules: Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, EBPP; Treasury and Risk Management (optional).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors for seamless integration.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP FSCM-related issues.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP FSCM innovations and best practices in FSCM and S/4HANA.
