Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant in Indonesia to provide support for the SAP FICO module, develop specifications for customizations, and coordinate with users to implement improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or Accounting and 3+ years of SAP FICO experience or 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.

Strong English communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Independent work is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FICO or at least 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects as a Consultant.
Strong integration skills with other SAP modules and external systems.
SAP certification will be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide support for the SAP FICO module.
Develop functional specifications for system customizations and enhancements, including reports, data processing, and data loading.
Manage daily SAP FICO support activities, handle user requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with end users and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Initiate and implement system improvements for SAP FICO and related modules.
Supervise and guide engineering team members.
Develop the capabilities and competencies of engineering team members.
Delegate tasks and monitor team members' progress.
