Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant for a long-term engagement with a multinational manufacturing organization in Indonesia. The role centers on SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing application support.

You will collaborate with local business users and global SAP teams to ensure compliance with Indonesian statutory, VAT, and financial reporting requirements, including KBLI 52103 processes.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of SAP FICO functional experience.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules.
• Localization knowledge for Indonesian statutory requirements.
• Experience with UAT, data migration, and end-user training.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and stabilization.
• Provide ongoing SAP FICO functional support to business users.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents and issues.
• Support configuration changes and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with global SAP teams to resolve integration issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure FICO processes align with Indonesian tax and reporting rules.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, and user manuals.
• Conduct end-user training and go-live support.
