N/A in Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant for a long-term engagement with a leading multinational manufacturing organization. You will participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing application support across local and global teams.

The role requires strong SAP FICO expertise, knowledge of Indonesian statutory requirements, and the ability to work with business users and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of SAP FICO functional experience.
• At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CC, PCA, IO, PC) modules.
• Localization knowledge for Indonesian statutory requirements.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and stabilization activities.
• Provide ongoing SAP FICO functional support to business users.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents and business process issues.
• Support configuration changes, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams and other SAP functional consultants to resolve integration-related issues.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Ensure SAP FICO processes align with Indonesian regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with local Finance and Compliance teams on statutory requirements.
• Work with the Central Implementation Team to align local requirements with the Global SAP Template.
• Prepare functional specs, process documents, and user manuals.
• Support master data preparation, validation, migration, and data quality.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Train-the-Trainer activities.
• Prepare and execute functional test scenarios.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.
• Handle day-to-day SAP FICO support requests and tickets.
• Perform root cause analysis and permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Support SAP enhancements and change requests.
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with global support teams for stability.
