Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP FI Senior Consultant in Semarang to lead end-to-end implementations and support projects, with a strong focus on FI_GL, AP, AR, and other submodules. The role requires managerial experience and a proven track record delivering complex ERP solutions across global teams.

You will collaborate with clients and IT partners, drive process improvements, and mentor junior colleagues while working in a hybrid Semarang setup. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 10 years relevant experience and managerial experience.
• Experience in SAP FI-General Ledger projects.
• Exposure to FI sub modules FI_GL, AP, AR, BL, and AA; CA/ICWA advantageous.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide business process and functional support for SAP FI and sub-ledgers.
• Lead requirements gathering, document business needs, and propose solutions.
• Develop functional specs for customizations and reports.
• Develop test strategies and scripts; perform functional testing.
• Coordinate with global teams to deliver client services and drive improvements.
