Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP FI leader in Semarang to provide business process and functional support for SAP FI and its sub-ledgers. You will facilitate requirements discussions, document business requirements, and develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.

The role involves coordinating with IT partners worldwide, performing test activities, and driving process improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience and managerial experience.
• Experience in implementation or support of SAP FI-General Ledger projects.
• Exposure to FI sub modules FI_GL, AP, AR, BL, AA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including its sub-ledgers (AP, AR, and AA).
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
• Provide alternatives and recommend a solution.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements which include reports, data processing, load programs, and adjustment tools.
• Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing (execution) after development completion.
• Work with different teams and IT partners in different parts of the world to provide services to clients.
• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience and Managerial experience
• Experienced in implementation or support of SAP FI-General Ledger projects
• In-depth analytical and project management skills
• Should have worked on various projects on Implementation, Support, Enhancement, Roll Outs, Upgrades, etc.
• Must have done at least end to end Implementation
• Should have exposure in FI sub modules FI_GL, AP, AR, BL, and AA. CA/ICWA will be an added advantage
• Has good English communication skills and technical skills
• Willing to work in Semarang (hybrid)
