Job summary

Accenture in Semarang is seeking an experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant to support the FI module and its sub-ledgers (AP, AR, AA) across global projects.

You will gather requirements, draft functional specs, develop test plans, and collaborate with IT teams worldwide. Fluency in English and willingness to work in Semarang in a hybrid model are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide business process and functional support for the SAP FI module including its sub‑ledgers (AP, AR, and AA).
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops/discussions and assess, challenge, and document the business requirements.
• Provide alternatives and recommend a solution.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements which include reports, data processing, load programs, and adjustment tools.
• Develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing (execution) after development completion.
• Work with different teams and IT partners in different parts of the world to provide services to clients.
• Identify and apply continuous improvement processes for operational efficiencies, drive process integration, and standardization

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field Should have at least 2 years related work experience as SAP Functional Consultant - Experienced in implementation or support of SAP FI-General Ledger projects - In-depth analytical and project management skills - Should have worked on various projects on Implementation, Support, Enhancement, Roll Outs, Upgrades, etc. - Must have done at least end to end Implementation - Should have exposure in FI sub modules FI_GL, AP, AR, BL, and AA. CA/ICWA will be an added advantage - Has good English communication skills and technical skills - Willing to work in Semarang (hybrid)
