Job summary

Wings Group is seeking an experienced SAP FI specialist to translate business needs into robust SAP FI solutions. The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple SAP FI modules, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of SAP FI experience, 2 full-cycle implementations, and excellent communication skills in English. Experience with greenfield projects is advantageous for driving finance process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FI experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong hands-on SAP FI configuration, business process analysis, testing and solution implementation.
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and SAP FI functionalities.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in greenfield SAP implementations is a plus.

Job Description

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure, implement, test, and maintain SAP FI modules to support business processes and system enhancements.
• Gather, evaluate, and document functional requirements while ensuring solutions meet both business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and business users throughout project implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Provide functional expertise, troubleshooting, and user support for SAP FI-related issues and continuous system improvements.
• Conduct system testing, prepare documentation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Deliver user training, process guidance, and best practices to maximize SAP FI utilization across business functions.
• Support SAP implementation projects, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration, business process analysis, testing, and solution implementation.
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting business processes and SAP FI functionalities.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide functional consulting to business users.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in greenfield SAP implementation projects will be an advantage.
