Job summary

Wings Group, Indonesia's leading FMCG company, is seeking an Exports BU Business Analyst Associate Manager to drive financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data consolidation across operating units and countries.

In this role you will support variance analysis, contribute to SAP system implementations in new jurisdictions, and align workflows with group standards to enhance operational efficiency and financial control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance Controller, Financial Analysis, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, or related roles.
• Strong experience in cost-accounting or financial control in manufacturing companies. Background from an audit firm is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Advanced skills in Data Analytics and experience with SAP
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports, and variance analysis across all operating units and countries.
• Forecast & Budget: Assist in compiling the monthly Forecast and Annual Budgets to all the stakeholder to ensure timely and accurate submission.
• Data Consolidation: Consolidate data from various resources into a single source for management reports and perform baseline checks to proactively prevent recording errors and reporting discrepancies across operating units.
• Business Improvement Project & Internal Control: Involved in business improvement projects, including SAP system implementation in a new country, aligning workflows with WGO standards and local accounting principles to optimize operational efficiency

• Advanced skills in Data Analytics (high proficiency in managing Big-Data) and experience with SAP
• Fluency in English
