Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and facilitator by sharing expertise and best practices to support operational excellence.
• Coordinate with the SAP 3rd party provider to prepare data for regular license audits and report anomalies.
• Implement quality assurance and stakeholder feedback sessions to maintain effective relationships.
• Assist in resolving cross‑divisional SAP Core Technology issues by providing support and accurate information.
• Coordinate on SAP initiatives execution and manage risk with key stakeholders.
• Analyze and coordinate the implementation of new SAP technologies to improve system performance.
• Validate solution design for SAP enhancements and review technical efforts for feasibility.
• Analyze the impact of new SAP implementations including integration with CRM and other solutions.
• Ensure alignment of new initiatives with existing SAP Business Process design for operational consistency.
• Implement SAP Core Technology procedures and coordinate with stakeholders for compliance.

Education

S1 in Computer Science/Equivalent/Informatics Engineering/Information Technology (IT)/software major
