Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Jakarta is seeking a skilled IT professional to translate functional specifications into technical designs, plan and execute unit and integration testing, and help resolve tickets across Level 1–3 support. You will collaborate with product teams, document configurations, and train users to ensure a high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BSc in Computer Science, SAP certification is a plus, and hands-on experience with ABAP Workbench (RICEFW), ODATA, FIORI and JAVA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• SAP Certification (advantage).
• Skilled in ABAP Workbench tools (RICEFW), ODATA, FIORI and JAVA.
• Good all-round experience from project implementation and support roles.
• Hands-on experience on Support Projects in Level 1/2/3 (advantage).
• Comfortable in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Transfer functional specifications to technical specifications.
• Plan and execute internal unit testing and integration testing.
• Identify root causes, propose test cases and fixes, and develop new debugging tools with product teams.
• Involve in Level 1, 2 and 3 Support projects and address tickets.
