Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will customize configurations, develop enhancements, and troubleshoot across ABAP and UI5 components.

The role requires hands-on expertise with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, HANA, and various SAP modules (FICO, MM), plus strong data integration capabilities and agile collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Having more than 5 years experiences in SAP technical area (ABAP & Fiori) and more than 3 years experience as an ABAP & Fiori Developer.
• Strong experience in ABAP (including debugging and performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori / SAP UI5 development.
• Experience working with SAP HANA database and SQL Queries.
• Proven experience in SAP module development: FICO (Finance & Controlling), MM and exposure to SAC and ARIBA and integration with other systems.
• Having a good communication skills in English and collaborative.
• Comfortable working in agile, dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job description

This role is responsible for perform development related with SAP and Fiori, including : Implementation, Configuration, Enhancement, Change Request, Troubleshooting, and Problem Solving. This will covers:

• Developing SAP S/4 HANA Solution.
• Customizing SAP Systems Technical configuration in SAP systems to meet specific business needs.
• Integrating SAP with other Systems: Facilitate the integration of SAP systems with other internal or external systems including setting up connections, ensuring data consistency, and maintaining smooth data flow between systems.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SAP systems. This includes troubleshooting, debugging, and updating systems to ensure they are running optimally and meeting business requirements.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency. This can involve fine-tuning the system setup, optimizing code, or adjusting database queries.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system designs, implementations, and modifications. This documentation is crucial for future reference and for other team members to understand the system's functionality.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional team, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Adherence to Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all developments and customizations are in compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices, including data security and privacy regulations.
