Overview

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 10 years of sample development experience, with managerial experience for at least 2 years
• Strong garment manufacturing background with deep understanding of fabric types, construction techniques, and buyer expectations
• Skilled in managing sample timelines, interpreting tech packs, adjusting patterns, and coordinating with design, merchandising, and production teams
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with buyers and vendors, and capable of leading sample room staff and resolving technical challenges
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable for ensuring samples meet fit, spec, and presentation standards
