Job summary

PT Pacific Furniture in Semarang is seeking a qualified candidate for a position in our furniture manufacturing team. The role requires a D3 diploma in furniture-related fields, hands-on CAD skills, and a strong eye for detail.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in furniture production, familiarity with BOM, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating with team members to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Furniture, Furniture Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2 years in furniture manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D; SolidWorks is an advantage.
• Good understanding of BOM and material requirements.
• Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and construction.
• Strong calculation, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficient in using measuring tools to ensure product dimensions meet specifications and standards.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet work targets.
• Active, communicative, energetic, and able to work effectively with others.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
