Job summary

Discova, a DMC with a focus on tailor-made travel experiences in Bali, seeks motivated Tailor-Made Sales Interns to support our Experts in managing bookings and delivering excellent service. The role offers practical experience in the travel and hospitality industry and exposure to bespoke itinerary planning.

You will perform data entry, arrange confirmations with Reservations/Operations, and liaise with hotels, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Tailor-Made Experts in updating booking details in the system, including data entry and final itinerary checks.
• Ensure that all booking elements are confirmed with the Reservations/Operations team.
• Work closely with the Tailor-Made Experts with key stakeholders in-destination and within region.
• Assist with adhoc/group inquiries by checking hotel availability and securing booking confirmation.
• Facilitate and follow up on internal communication between the internal departments, third party suppliers, and the Tailor-Made Experts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Generate booking confirmations and necessary documentation as required during the booking process.
