Job summary

adidas Retail Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager with leadership and sales experience in sports retail. You will support the Store Manager, drive profitability, and oversee store operations to deliver a leading shopping experience.

The role requires 5–6 years in sports/fashion retail with at least 2 years in store management, plus strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication, and MS Office proficiency. A dynamic, customer-focused leader is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with a focus on sales and customer service.
Minimum 2 years of Store Management responsibility.
Intermediate numeracy and literacy and strong verbal communication skills.
Language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in allocating resources and organizing processes to drive profitability.
Lead service by example and ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
Monitor store performance data and react with actions to improve KPIs.
Maintain an appealing, easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training and development of store staff.
