We are managing a recruitment project for a leading multinational heavy equipment company seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sales Representative for heavy equipment products across multiple locations in Indonesia, including: Timika, Papua (Sorong, Merauke, Jayapura, Manokwari, Fak Fak), Padang, Dumai, Duri, Bangkinang, Palu, Gorontalo, Ternate, Berau, Pontianak, Bangka Belitung, Tanjung Tabalong, Pangkalanbun, Aceh, and Surabaya.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering, marketing or related majors.
  • More than 2 years sales experience, experience in sales B2B in any business.
  • Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, aggressive, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment.
  • Be aggressive to collect market information and achieve the sales figures assigned.
  • Strictly obey the policy and regulations of the company.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other office software.
  • Point plus if able to communicate in English (verbal & written).
  • Car owner is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Launch marketing activities, visit customers, obtain business opportunities, collect market and competitor intelligence, achieve the sales target and complete routine paperwork.
  • Make new opportunities and pipelines and be advisor for all products.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of national/regional marketing strategies, including product portfolio, network, sales, marketing and channel strategies, and pricing strategies.
  • Track and supervise the financial status of dealers, manage manufacturers\' credit to dealers, and control risks.
  • Track and monitor customer satisfaction; develop and implement measures to improve it.
  • Assist service engineering company to provide after-sales service support to dealers and customers.
  • Salary: Basic Salary 6 - 9 Mio/Month.
