Job summary

Flife Technologies Indonesia is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Professional to join our team across Batam, Lampung, Jakarta, and Tangerang. This full-time role focuses on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth by promoting technology solutions and building client relationships.

You will implement strategic marketing initiatives, identify opportunities, and work closely with clients to meet targets while adapting to the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or sales & marketing, HVAC/Electronic sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of B2B or B2C sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Degree preferred but not essential with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
• Present and demonstrate technology solutions to prospects, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer insights.
