Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by updating the systems, updating social media, tracking leads, recording customer interactions, and preparing periodic sales reports.
• Draft, format, and proofread commercial documents, including quotations, invoices, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging apps, forwarding complex queries to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate internal sales meetings, client appointments, and travel arrangements for the whole team.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, graphics, and videos for company social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner, and foster engagement with the online audience.
• Assist in launching digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, or product announcements under the direction of the marketing lead.
• Gather basic metrics and analytics from social media platforms and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Maintain general office supplies, organize shared digital and physical filing systems, and ensure smooth inter-departmental communication.
• Ensure all customer databases, inventory records, and marketing assets are regularly updated, secure, and easily accessible.
• Work closely with both sales and marketing personnel to align administrative schedules with campaign timelines and promotional pushes.
• Identify bottlenecks in daily administrative or marketing workflows and suggest practical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management to support overall company growth.
