Responsibilities

• Assist sales by updating systems, social media, tracking leads, logging interactions, and preparing reports.
• Draft, format, and proofread quotations, invoices, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Be the secondary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; forward complex queries.
• Coordinate internal sales meetings, client appointments, and travel for the team.
• Plan, create, and schedule social media posts, graphics, and videos.
• Monitor channels, reply to comments, and grow audience engagement.
• Assist in launching digital marketing campaigns or events under the marketing lead.
• Gather metrics and compile monthly reach and engagement reports.
• Maintain office supplies and organize shared filing systems; support cross-department comms.
• Keep customer databases, inventories, and marketing assets updated and secure.
• Work with sales and marketing to align schedules with campaigns.
• Identify bottlenecks in admin/marketing workflows and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
