Position: Senior Sales Representative (Export) – F&B / Wholesale (Tea / Food / Beverages)

Location: Indonesia-based or remote within SEA

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Territory: Southeast Asia

Compensation: Annual Salary + High Commission + annual leave based on serve time

Industry: Food & Beverage (B2B Ingredients, Wholesale)

Gui Tea is one of the largest Chinese manufacturers and exporters of matcha green tea, producing ceremonial, beverage and culinary grades, along with a wide range of matcha‑related raw materials. With strong R&D capabilities, strict quality assurance systems and modern production facilities, we deliver consistent premium‑quality products meeting global food‑safety and export standards.

Our customer network includes international café chains, beverage brands, Horeca groups, catering companies, bakeries and beverage manufacturers. As we expand into the Southeast Asia market, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to establish and grow our commercial footprint in the SEA and across the region.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
  • Lead B2B sales, distribution and business development activities across SEA and the Southeast Asia.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage within F&B, horeca, catering, retail supply and manufacturing sectors.
  • Promote and sell Gui Tea’s full product portfolio, including matcha, beverage ingredients and customised ingredient solutions.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume and profit targets.
2. Key Account Management
  • Identify, acquire and grow strategic corporate accounts; manage end‑to‑end sales cycles.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, address issues and ensure sustainable long‑term cooperation.
  • Coordinate customised formulations or new product requests with the R&D team in China.
3. Market Expansion & Channel Development
  • Build commercial channels and partnerships within the region, including distributors, wholesalers and direct B2B accounts.
  • Introduce Gui Tea products into café chains, horeca groups, catering companies, bakeries and beverage factories.
  • Collect and analyse market insights on trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer needs.
4. Export & Operational Coordination
  • Manage order processes, export documentation, shipping coordination and communication with internal teams.
  • Represent Gui Tea at trade shows, exhibitions, business negotiations and large‑scale project discussions.
  • Develop annual sales plans, budgets and strategic proposals for the country where you base and the broader Southeast Asia.
Requirements
Must‑Have
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, F&B, Catering, Horeca or Wholesale industries.
  • Strong track record in B2B business development, channel building and key account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills, capable of managing enterprise‑level clients.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willing to travel within the region as required.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Preferred
  • Prior experience serving B2B customers in food, beverage or ingredient‑related sectors.
  • Existing B2B network or client resources in F&B, Horeca, catering or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience in export B2B sales or wholesale distribution models.
