Indonesia Equipment Centre, a growing distributor of heavy equipment, invites recent graduates to join as Management Trainee - Sales. The role targets individuals with strong communication and problem solving skills, a desire to learn, and readiness to work at MSI operations sites across the region.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Geological Engineering, possess an active SIM A license, and be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
• Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills.
• Active driver's license (SIM A).
• Able to speak and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 2 years work experience.
• Willing to be assigned to any MSI operational site.
