Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand our SME network by promoting and installing EDC machines and helping merchants enhance transaction capabilities. You will drive sales growth, maintain strong merchant relationships, and deliver seamless payment solutions that support merchants’ businesses and contribute to Bukuwarung's success.

This role requires mobility for visits, a high school diploma, and a proven sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ownership of a motorcycle and an active motorcycle license (SIM C) is necessary.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales across varied sectors demonstrates adaptability.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure sales and partnerships.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work toward goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for merchant relationships.

Responsibilities
