Job summary

Pt Sejahtera Tridaya Prima is hiring a Remote Telecommunications Sales Engineer. Fully remote, you will support sales teams across regions, translating customer needs into tailored telecom solutions and presenting technical proposals.

You will collaborate with sales to design architectures, demos, and pricing strategies, acting as a technical liaison and staying current with industry trends. Occasional travel to meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical role within telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, VoIP, UC, cloud telephony and mobile networks.
• Experience in pre-sales or sales engineering is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
• Design and present tailored telecommunications solutions, including network infrastructure, cloud services, and unified communications.
• Develop technical proposals, including system architectures, product configurations, and pricing strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition of offerings.
• Respond to technical queries and provide expert advice on telecommunications technologies and best practices.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering/product teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Assist in the qualification of sales opportunities from a technical standpoint.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral and technical documentation.
