Job summary

PT XD Sakti Indonesia is seeking a field-based Sales Engineer who will identify and develop new sales opportunities, coordinate project tenders, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires energy, mobility, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

You will travel to client sites domestically and overseas as needed, participate in tender processes, and present technical and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Sales Engineer/BD roles.
• Experience in tender & project with PLN/EPC/B2B/B2G.
• Willingness to travel to clients domestically and overseas.
• Field-based role with high mobility; Jakarta & Cikarang readiness.
• Proficient in English for business communication.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, polite, and professional when dealing with clients.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English for basic business communication (advanced level is a plus).
• Willingness to work at Jakarta & Cikarang and ready to join immediately.
