Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Development Intern to support the early stage of the sales process. You’ll help identify, contact, and qualify leads before handing them to the sales team.

You will source lead lists, assist outreach through WhatsApp and email, and help schedule meetings while gaining hands-on exposure to startup sales dynamics.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Intern, you’ll help support the early stage of the sales process at Dealls / KantorKu. You’ll be one of the first touchpoints for potential customers and learn how leads are identified, contacted, and qualified before moving to the sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in sourcing and building lead lists from various channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, communities, events, and referrals).


• Support outreach to inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and occasional calls (with guidance).


• Help conduct basic pre-call qualification to understand prospect needs and interest.


• Update and organize lead data in CRM or tracking tools.


• Assist in qualifying and preparing leads before handing them over to the BD / AE team.


• Help schedule meetings and ensure prospects have the necessary information before the call.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate.


• Interested in sales, business development, or startups.


• Good communication skills.


• Familiar with WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace.


• Willing to learn and able to commit to the internship period.
