Job summary

Meliá Hotels International is seeking a proactive Sales Support specialist to assist the Sales team in contracting, prepare rates and agreements with tour operators, and manage sales documentation and archives.

You will track sales performance, coordinate with TTOOs, prepare sales reports and forecasts, collect market insights, and support promotions and events. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, university degree, and hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of hotel systems (OPERA, Sihot) and CRM tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Manage and maintain sales documentation, ensuring contracts are updated, accurate, and properly archived.
• Assist in tracking sales performance, offers, and campaign execution across assigned markets.
• Handle day-to-day coordination with TTOOs, resolving issues related to bookings, availability, and contracts.
• Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for internal use.
• Collect market insights including demand trends, seasonality, and competitor activity.
• Support the execution of promotional activities, sales events, and trade shows.
• Monitor and follow up on offers and promotions, ensuring correct implementation across channels.
• Maintain and update client databases and account information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or travel industry.
• Basic knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, Sihot) and CRM tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
